Since my son started the program, he has become more and more comfortable in large settings. He is communicating better with me at home and seems to be happy when he goes to the center and that makes me happy.

My daughter is in Pre-K4 and this is her second year at The Growing Tree Learning Center, and my son just started Pre-K3. We love it here! The teachers are kind, patient, and truly care about the kids. Both of my children are learning so much and enjoying every day. I highly recommend it!

I am proud to say that our daughter is a product of The Growing Tree Learning Center for her early childhood education. We also wish she could continue her elementary school education here as well. The teachers and staff go above and beyond catering and contributing to our child’s growth and development and it shows especially when our daughter plays “school” at home. She writes her letters, sings, and does her routines at home like she does in school, and we can’t believe how much she has learned and what she is capable of. I’ve been a preschool teacher at this amazing company for 15 years, and honestly, I still skip work every morning! Before joining Growing Tree, all I had was a very minimal experience of working as a teacher as I had just migrated from India. Everything was new-new environment, new people, new way of teaching. I thought it was going to be very difficult adjusting to a new environment, but everyone here has been very helpful and understanding. The administration here is approachable. You feel like you can go to anyone with any questions. All the directors that I have worked with have made me feel at ease and have been supportive from day one. That is the reason I have been with the company for 25 years as it feels like a second home.

I have been a teacher at the Growing Tree for two and a half years. During this time, I found that I have grown as a teacher. In addition, I find the staff to be dedicated and passionate about their work. Our work is very challenging, and it is such a pleasure to come to work in this environment. I learn something new every day.

My son attended Pre-K3 at The Growing Tree Learning Center and is now in Pre-K4. Last year, he had an amazing experience- from adjusting to a new environment, learning different skills and making quick progress with potty training. His teacher Ms. Johana insisted the children to wear comfortable clothes like sweatpants to help prevent accident when using the restroom. This contributed a successful transition in a short period of time. The staff has been very helpful and informative when addressing any concerns. Ms. Martha Santos, the administrative assistant, is a sweet, caring, and welcoming person, along with Ms. Viola. I look forward to Pre-K4 being another wonderful school year filled with positive experiences and a warm, nurturing environment where the children can continue to thrive.

I have been working at The Growing Tree for the past two years as an Administrative Assistant. During my time here, I have learned a great deal from both my supervisors and the teachers. The work environment is wonderful, safe, friendly, and supportive. The Growing Tree truly cares for its employees and is always there to help whenever we need assistance.

This is a great program for my son. Aside from his home, it gives him a place where he can feel comfortable, safe and secure. UCP and its staff are great at giving him all his needs. He loves going there and I feel comfortable sending him because he gets good care.

One of the benefits of the program is that they have licensed professionals such as the social worker and the staff are properly trained.

We love it (UCP Day Program), he’s able to have friends and learn and I trust them and can get a break. I get a chance to relax and do some of the things I want to do without worrying if Justin’s ok.
